Tchebureki with meat filling

Composition: Dough (65%): weat flour, sour milk, curd, sugar, salt, leavening agent: baking soda.
Filling (35%): pork (40%), fat, water, onion, dried bread, salt, spices.

Preparation: Defrost tchebureki in room temperature or microwave oven. Cook in vegetable oil in a frying pan for 4-6 min. or fry in fryer at 190 °C until the product turns golden from both sides.
