Composition: Dough (70%): wheat flour, water, canola oil.
Meat filling (50%): beef (60%), water, onion, dried bread, wheat fiber, salt, spices.

Preparation: Put frozen dumplings into boiling water and stir gently so they do not stick to the bottom of the pot. When the dumplings rise to the surface, leave them to cook for another 6-8 minutes.
